- Furniture and playset assembly
- Hauling and debris removal (such as yard or construction waste and trash removal)
- Caulking of windows, vents, roofs, etc.
- Bulb replacement for hard-to-reach lights
- Drywall repair
- Snow shoveling
- Installation of stairway handrails
- Work on bifold closet doors, interior doors and door knobs
- Lawnmower maintenance such as changing oil and replacing blades
- Hedge trimming and other yard work including some tree trimming
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor repairs and/or replacements of damaged ceramic tiles.
